Hey guys,
So, the past few days have been a little stressful. You might have noticed the lack of strip on Monday and maybe noticed the blog post talking about a family emergency. And if you checked in later on the afternoon you might have read a slight explanation about the emergency.
My dad was in a car accident on Sunday afternoon. He’s ok, but he’s still in the hospital with fractured ribs and some broken vertebrae in his back. He should hopefully be home in the next day or so.
As you might be able to imagine its been sorta a whirlwind around here, and I appreciate everyone being so understanding about the delay in the strip. I feel bad because we have been trying our best to get the strip back on track for you guys but sometimes life likes to throw you for a loop.
Next time though, if life wants to throw me for a loop I request it comes in the form of a stubbed toe. I think that’ll be easier to handle then phone calls saying your dad is in the hospital.
