Just a reminder to everybody, Dani and I are going to be at the Allentown Comic Show in Allentown, PA this October 30th. If you’d like a sketch, or just like to hang out and chat, and you’re in the area, stop on by! That’s all from me for now.

I’m still recuperating from this weekend. New York Comic con was fun, but crowded, and fun, but so incredibly crowded. It might have been a good idea in theory to put together the Comic Convention and the Anime Festival, but I think in the end the idea didn’t work as well in person. The place was incredibly crowded and by Saturday afternoon it was practically impossible to see anything. We did get to see lots of friends and catch up though, which made trekking into the city and wading through crowds totally worth it.
Saturday night we went and saw Kirby Krackle and H2Awesome at Sullivan Hall during the Rock Comic Con Concert. If you ever get a chance to see either of these awesome geek bands, do it. It’s some of the most fun I’ve had in awhile at a show.
Hopefully if we decide to go back next year it just might be behind a table.

As many of you possibly already know, I had the huge honor of doing a guest strip for Ms. Danielle Corsetto of one of my favorite webcomics, Girls with Slingshots. If you didn’t see it, feel free to check it out. And if you’re here because of it, welcome! Take up a chair, you’re just in time for a new character.
This is Todd’s friend Gavin. Gavin is a guy’s guy. Great to sink a beer with. Probably plays sack-tapping games.
Everyone, meet Robyn. Robyn, everyone. I’m sure you’ll be fast friends.
Dani and I watched, fascinated and horrified, as the living guts of District 9 wound themselves out and writhed before us. We were VIP guests at a cinematic abattoir. A more realistic depiction of humanity’s possible role in interspecies relations than, say, Avatar, but on the other hand, fewer floating rocks. I think its an even trade.
Later today, I will post links to the Twitpics of the various sketches I did, like I’ve been promising. I assure you I’ve been busy with great important things lately. Incidentally, it did not seem like John Cena brought his A game on Monday night. Just a thought.

After much trial and tribulation, and with much help from Dani, the third post was made. Damn technical difficulties.
It took forever for me to convince Dani that its ok for Jason to say “chief”, because that’s the kind of asshole he is. I still don’t think she likes it… but that’s the kind of asshole he is.
Still working on getting the Wild Pig sketches up. It may be that I’ve gotten them up by the time you read this; if so, enjoy! If not, I’ve failed, and most likely already fallen on my sword.

Hey everybody! Strip 2 is up.
Thanks to everybody who made it out and supported the first ever Wild Pig Con. Overall, the convention was a huge success and loads of fun. I’ll be putting up the photos of the sketches I did at the show within the week.

Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by.
At the moment the site is currently under going construction. We haven’t completed the official look yet, so you might see some changes here and there.
Hope you enjoy what you see so far and we’ll see you on Tuesday.
love, Dani (design mistress to the stars)
Oh, and Bill says hi.
