Happy Monday everybody! If you missed it, #148 updated on Saturday, so go back and read that one, then come here and read this one. For all I know, it’s entirely necessary for continuity.
Dani and I had an awesome Sunday evening courtesy of the New Jersey Hellrazors. If you haven’t been to a roller derby match, I highly recommend it. In fact, these ladies will be rocking another bout on October 23rd against the Skyland Roller Girls. Dani and I will both be there, so buy a ticket and come cheer with us!

Yay Promo! Thanks for coming out last night Bill! Glad you guys had fun
I find it hard to believe that someone’s contract would remain valid after their death, but I’m not a lawyer, so what do I know?
The death of one party doesn’t generally void a contract. For instance, if you owe someone money and he dies, you’re not off the hook; you still owe the money to his estate. So, I imagine such a clause would probably be enforceable.
Disclaimer: also not a lawyer, so there’s always a small possibility I’m full of it.
I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work that way.

We actually didn’t do any research into this, so it is anyone’s guess. We just thought it would be a funny, weird, and slightly macabre reason to delay a movie’s release!
There might be something to this research thing.
Neither Dani or myself is a lawyer either.
